The Native CDFI Network (NCN) is a coalition formed in 2009 to unify Native CDFIs serving Native trust land communities, American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians. The Native CDFI Network works to ensure that Native peoples are represented in the national policy dialogue and innovative solutions created by CDFIs are spread throughout our Native communities. The Network is a 501c3 non-profit organization. NCN runs several programs to benefit its members, mostly grant-based, with funding from the federal government, foundations, and other private institutions. NCN is a growing organization with ample opportunities for innovation and creativity.
Current Positions Available
CDFI Program Manager/Loan Officer
NCN is looking for a highly motivated, mission minded CDFI Program Manager to run the day-to-day operations of NCN’s emerging CDFI, including lending, capital development, organizational development, and administrative duties. The CDFI Program Manager also works in collaboration with the Executive Director, the Communications Director, and Program Director to create, coordinate, and advance the strategic direction of the organization. The position is anticipated to start upon conclusion of the hiring process. This full-time position can be fulfilled as a remote position.
Communications Director
NCN is looking for a highly motivated and creative Communications Director to design and implement NCN’s long-term communications plan in consultation with NCN’s Executive Director. The Communications Director will advise and advance the development and implementation of NCN’s policy education and advocacy, policy research, and strategic communications initiatives. This position will also work closely with the Executive Director and Program Director to create and coordinate the branding and storytelling processes of the organization. This position is full time and can be a remote position.
Administrative Assistant
NCN is looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for the organization and Executive Director including basic bookkeeping, event support, database management, and general assistance in managing the daily business operations of the organization. This position is part-time, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours. Work will be remote. The position is anticipated to start upon conclusion of the hiring process.
